Team members collaborate with forward-thinking organizations, working on projects that drive measurable impact and innovation.Role Description The AEP | AJO Developer will design, build, and optimize solutions within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to support data-driven customer experiences. This full-time remote role involves configuring data schemas, setting up data ingestion, managing customer profiles, and developing audience segments. The developer will create and maintain customer journeys, orchestrate cross-channel campaigns, and ensure platform configurations follow best practices and security standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, and documenting technical designs and implementation details.



The role also requires staying current with AEP and AJO capabilities and recommending enhancements to improve scalability and effectiveness.QualificationsStrong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and related Adobe Experience Cloud tools.Proficiency in data modeling, data ingestion pipelines, customer profile management, and audience segmentation.Hands-on experience designing and implementing customer journeys, campaign orchestration, and event-driven workflows.Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and integration concepts for connecting AEP/AJO with external systems.Understanding of marketing technology, CDPs, and customer data privacy and compliance principles.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills in complex cloud-based environments.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in consulting or working with multiple clients across industries is a plus; Adobe certifications in AEP/AJO are highly beneficial.
