Job Summary
We are looking for a Store Manager to handle the daily operations of our Rajkot outlet independently. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the store and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full store operations independently
- Assist and guide customers on products and services
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure smooth service
- Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and product display
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with head office for stock, pricing, and promotions
Requirements
- Graduate preferred
- 2–3 years of retail store experience (beauty/FMCG/fashion preferred)
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS billing and stock management
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
