N Job Summary
nWe are looking for experienced and motivated Executive / Senior Executive – LCC Operations to join our LCC team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end ticketing operations for Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs), including ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, modifications, and ancillary services. The candidate should possess strong customer service skills and be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced travel setting.
N Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-endLCC booking operations, including ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, modifications, and ancillary services. N
- Process fare recalculations, refunds (where applicable), and booking amendments as per airline policies. N
- Manage ancillary services such as seat selection, baggage, meals, special service requests (SSR),



and other value-added services. N
- Work efficiently on B2Btravel portals and airline websites for booking and servicing requests. N
- Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, policies, and standard operating procedures. N
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers for booking-related queries and requests. N
- Coordinate with internal departments and airline support teams to resolve operational issues. N
- Maintain high levels ofaccuracy, productivity, and service quality while meeting defined turnaround times. N
- Keep updated with airline policies, fare rules, and operational changes. N

- 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing, preferably handling Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs). N
- Experience with domestic and international LCC operations will be an added advantage. N
