ElevenX Capital is looking for a Marketing Manager to
drive demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and content-led growth across
its higher education portfolio.

You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and
portfolio teams to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and
strengthen client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Own multi-channel demand generation and ABM
campaigns targeting higher education decision-makers.

- Generate and grow MQLs, SQLs, and qualified
pipeline through LinkedIn, paid search, email, and content campaigns.

- Create campaign content including emails, landing
pages, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and social posts.

- Lead SEO, GEO/AEO, and digital visibility
initiatives.

- Manage HubSpot workflows, lead scoring,
segmentation, nurture campaigns, and reporting.

- Develop campaigns for client retention, upsell,
cross-sell, and partner marketing.

- Track campaign ROI, conversions, pipeline
contribution,



and overall marketing performance.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably
in Higher Education, EdTech, SaaS, or technology.

- Strong experience in demand generation, ABM,
performance marketing, and pipeline creation.

- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and marketing
automation.

- Experience with SEO, GEO/AEO, content marketing,
LinkedIn, paid search, and email campaigns.

- Solid writing, analytical, and campaign
management skills.

- Experience marketing to higher education
decision-makers is highly preferred.
