N nWe are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Chartered Accountant to become the Finance Partner to the Founder, not just an accountant.
N nThis role is for someone who can take complete ownership of finance, build strong systems and controls, and simplify the founder’s life by managing the finance function independently.
N nKey Responsibilities
N n* Complete accounting and financial management of the Private Limited company.
N* GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and all statutory compliances.
N* Company accounting, financial statements and bookkeeping.
N* Income Tax Returns for the company, promoters and family members.
N* Tax planning and tax-efficient financial structuring.
N* Payroll processing and statutory compliance.
N* MIS reporting,



cash flow management and financial analysis.
N* Build SOPs, improve accounting processes and strengthen internal financial controls.
N* Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
N nIdeal Candidate
n n* Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of relevant experience.
N* Solid knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, Audit, Payroll and ROC compliances.
N* Experience working witha Private Limited Company.
N* High ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
N nWe are looking for someone who makes the founder’s life easier by taking complete ownership—not someone who adds more work to the founder’s plate.
