We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English teacher to join our team, responsible for delivering high -quality instruction to students in grades 6th through 9th. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning workplace that promotes literacy, critical thinking, and effective communication. This role plays a vital part in shaping students’ academic foundation and lifelong learning skills, aligning with the board’s educational standards and pedagogical goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and curriculum -aligned English lessons for students in grades 6th to 9th.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that support diverse learning needs and promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and reporting.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development and academic planning sessions.
