NWhat You'll Be Doing

- Manage CRM, sales pipelines, opportunity trackers, and business development KPIs N
- Coordinate RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, proposals, concept notes, and commercial submissions N
- Develop budgets, pricing models, cost estimates, and profitability assessments N
- Coordinate with Finance, Programs, Supply Chain, Technical, M&E;, and Communications teams N
- Drive proposal timelines, milestones, action items, and stakeholder coordination N
- Conduct marketresearch, competitor analysis, and sustainability/industry intelligence N
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, executive briefs,



and customer-facing materials N
- Support conferences, exhibitions, customer events, and client engagement N
- Improve BD processes, CRM workflows, SOPs, templates, and automation N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, International Development , or a related field N
- MBA/Master's degree preferred N
- 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Commercial Operations, Consulting, or Proposal Management N
- Strong commercial and business development acumen N
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, proposal writing, and storytelling skills N
- Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management N
- Knowledge of budgeting, pricing, and commercial analysis N
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, research, and project management skills N
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work
