Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the store as per operational standards.
- Manage daily retail sales activities and customer interactions.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Handle billing and basic computer-based store operations.
- Monitor stock movement and report replenishment needs.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning.
- Support achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Required Skills
- Retail Sales – Ability to convert walk-in customers into buyers.




- Store Operations – Knowledge of daily retail store management.
- Computer Knowledge – Basic system operation and billing activities.
- Reading Skills – Ability to understand product and operational information.
- Customer Service – Qualified customer handling and communication.

Preferred Skills
- Inventory management exposure
- Cash handling experience
- Product merchandising knowledge

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and store operations. Experience handling store opening and closing procedures and customer-facing retail environments is mandatory.

Education
- Minimum: Typical – Any Degree / Diploma
- Preferred: Retail-related qualification
- Additional: Basic computer certification preferred
