​REQUIREMENTS:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the billing department to achieve organizational goals

• Establish and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, team leads, and billing professionals

• Collaborate with senior management to align billing strategies with overall business objectives

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the billing function

• Make decisions about what needs to be done to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

• 10+ years of progressive experience in billing or accounting roles, with significant managerial experience

• Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking

• Robust financial acumen and analytical skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
