? Job Responsibilities

• Walk-in customers ko attend karna aur unko jewellery collections dikhana
• Gold, Diamond aur Gemstone jewellery properly present karna
• Customer ki requirement samajh kar suitable designs suggest karna
• Billing, quotations aur sales orders prepare karna
• Daily / monthly sales targets achieve karna
• Stock availability check karna aur inventory team ke saath coordination karna
• Customer follow-ups aur repeat sales handle karna




• Store me product display aur customer experience maintain karna
• Customer inquiries aur sales records maintain karna
• Customer complaints handle karna aur required ho to senior team ko escalate karna

? Qualification

• Graduate (Any Discipline)

? Skills Required

• Jewellery retail sales ka experience preferred
• Strong communication aur customer handling skills
• Retail showroom sales ka experience
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Billing / POS)
• Presentable personality aur customer-focused attitude
