Role: Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive

Job Type: Full Time (Day Shift)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

​Key Responsibilities:

​Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain company offerings clearly.

​Handle incoming calls, resolve queries, and generate interested customer leads.

​Follow up regularly with prospects to schedule demos and close sales.

​Maintain an accurate database of calls, customer feedback, and lead status.

​Build positive rapport with customers through polite and persuasive communication.

​Requirements:

​Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate

​Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven telecalling or telesales experience

​Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and convincing skills

​Salary & Perks:

​Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview)
