Hiring: Continental Chef – Small Café

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Continental Chef to join our small café.

About the Café:

• Small, cozy café setup

• Primarily takeaway orders

• Outdoor seating available during evening hours

• Limited, focused menu with emphasis on taste, presentation & consistency

• Suitable for someone who enjoys working in a compact kitchen workplace

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Continental dishes as per the café menu

• Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation

• Manage kitchen prep and daily requirements

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Handle takeaway orders efficiently during busy hours

• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Continental Chef/Cook preferred

• Good knowledge of Continental cuisine

• Able to work independently in a small kitchen

• Clean, disciplined and responsible

• Experience in café/QSR/takeaway setup will be an advantage
