AGL Marbles & Quartz Division is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to handle project business across Kerala.

Headquarters: Trivandrum

Candidate Profile

* Age: 30–40 years

* Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience preferred

* Experience in Tiles / Marble / Quartz / Building Materials / Interior Products or related industries

* Strong experience in handling Projects, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and Contractors

* Good knowledge of the Kerala building-materials market

* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

* Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala

* Should be target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven





* Proven ability to generate and convert project enquiries into business

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage project business across Kerala

* Identify upcoming residential, commercial and hospitality projects

* Build robust relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and project consultants

* Promote AGL Marbles & Quartz products and specifications

* Generate project leads and follow them through to closure

* Coordinate with dealers, showrooms and the AGL team

* Achieve monthly and annual project sales targets

* Regularly report project pipeline, enquiries and conversions
