Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts professional to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with SAP, and excellent analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and post accounting transactions in SAP.
- Review and process payment transactions.
- Post vendor invoices and customer invoices accurately.
- Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Review Trial Balance and prepare audit schedules.
- Prepare MIS reports, movement analysis, and variance analysis.
- Follow up with the treasury team to ensure timely posting of treasury transactions.




- Coordinate with banks and vendors for audit confirmations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information required for accounting and audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with SAP (Preferred).
- Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in the Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, or Shared Services environment will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
