Position Title: Senior Manager Sales (Protec)

Age: 35 to 40 Years

Total Experience Required: 12 - 15 years

Travel Required: Yes, on need based

Position reporting: Deputy General Manager

Education Essential & Preferred: Any Engg. Graduate / MBA with 12 + years’ experience in Industrial Consumables, Consumer durables such as Hardware, Paint, Adhesives or furnishing etc. background.

Job Description:
- To generate requirement for the product by meeting perspective client and discussing with them about the product, its quality and benefits.
- Relationship management with key Customers / Dealers.
- Current Market Development | Good knowledge of marketing activities such as scheme, loyalty programs, Marketing Apps.
- Selling new products/Current products for new application by implementing marketing strategies,



analyzing trends & results.
- Meet sales and collection targets on monthly basis.
- To understand customer requirements with respect to product and service and ensure same is met in co-ordination with plant, factory and distribution team to ensure timely dispatch.
- MIS & Budgeting | Quotation & Negotiation Planning.
- Keeping close watch on Competitors activities.
- Managing, Guiding and Training to existing team and also build team for effective coverage of the territory.
