Job Description – Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Gold, Diamond & Silver Jewellery.
Explain product features, pricing, offers and jewellery specifications.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate sales through customer follow-ups and relationship building.
Handle product display and maintain showroom presentation.
Prepare quotations/bills and coordinate with the billing team.
Maintain professional relationships with existing and current customers.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products is preferred.
Experience in Jewellery / Retail / Lifestyle / Luxury Retail will be an advantage.
Gujarati/Hindi communication required; English knowledge preferred.

Salary: As per experience & interview
Working: Full Time | On-Site
