Description
Build and lead a hands-on technical unit that expands GPE-IA services in Honeywell PLC/SCADA product training, remote & On site technical support for service contracts , and Proposal & Estimation for the IMC GBE.

Responsibilities

Build and scale a technical engineering unit, including team structure, hiring, competency development, processes, governance, tools, and delivery standards.
• Lead a team of 7 to 12 employees through resource planning, goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, succession planning, recognition, and career development.
• Provide technical leadership for Honeywell IMC GBE PLC family , and SCADA engineering, system integration, FAT/SAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support.
• Expand GPE-IA services in product training delivery, remote and site technical support, and Proposal & Estimation for the IMC GBE.
• Create recent engineering, consulting, and lifecycle services aligned with IMC priorities; identify white-space opportunities and expand the service portfolio.




• Manage the project lifecycle from Proposal & Estimation and detailed engineering through system integration, commissioning, maintenance, and lifecycle support.
• Partner with Offering Management to understand priorities, accelerate adoption, develop growth plans, and support commercialization.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D; Technical Leadership on market needs, technology roadmaps, capability plans, pilots, upcoming releases, and deployment strategies.
• Align GPE capacity and capability with regional IMC needs across META, Europe, and the Americas.

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in industrial automation, engineering services, or process-control solutions.
