Role Overview

The Zonal Key Account Engineer will manage field campaigns and provide technical support for diesel-engine installations and customer accounts. The role covers commissioning, troubleshooting, failure analysis, maintenance support, customer-service tracking, and identification of service-led business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage field campaigns from initiation through timely closure.
- Support installation and commissioning of diesel-engine systems.
- Diagnose engine and aftertreatment-system issues.
- Conduct failure and root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
- Track maintenance-contract commitments and customer-service requirements.
- Maintain solid relationships with key customers and service stakeholders.
- Conduct equipment health checks and identify service opportunities.
- Support lead generation through customer engagement and technical assessments.
- Maintain accurate campaign, service, and closure records.
