A premium floral and lifestyle brand is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth by building strategic partnerships across corporate clients, luxury hotels, and premium brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation and client acquisition to onboarding and account management.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, General Managers, and key decision-makers.
- Develop partnerships with luxury hotels for floral subscriptions, banquet décor, lobby installations, and F&B; requirements.
- Drive recurring business through corporate gifting programs and subscription-based solutions.
- Build strategic alliances with luxury brands, wedding planners, event agencies, and interior designers.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular account updates.

Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.




- Experience in hospitality, luxury services, premium gifting, events, lifestyle, or similar client-facing industries.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Presentable, confident, and comfortable meeting clients across Mumbai.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
- Working Hours: Flexible – 9 working hours between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Office Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013
- Work Mode: Field + Office
