Key Responsibilities (R&R;)

/n

Customer Relationship & Account Management

/n

/n
- Act as the Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and region.
/n
- Visit customers regularly and submit daily visit/activity reports.
/n
- Manage assigned Key Accounts and develop long-term relationships.
/n
- Add recent customer accounts from the assigned region.
/n
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and achieve targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS).
/n




- Coordinate customer visits, audits, and interactions with internal teams.
/n

Business Development & Sales Growth

/n

• Create awareness of company services, test scopes, and capabilities through regular

/n

customer engagement.

/n

• Understand, gather, and submit customer testing requirements related to product

/n

development/projects in the pipeline on a monthly basis.

/n

/n
- Generate qualified enquiries and ensure higher conversion rates.
/n
- Deliver regional revenue growth YoY as per assigned sales targets.
/n
- Ensure timely payment collection by coordinating with customers and accounts; avoid
/n

/n

overdues. Customer Service & Complaint Handling

/n

/n
- Address and resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines.
/n
- Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams for smooth

project execution.
