Sales Manager – Home Interiors

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads and convert them into full-home interior projects.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, lifestyle, and preferences.
- Conduct customer meetings and present suitable interior solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and drive sales closures.
- Build robust customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Coordinate with Design and Project teams for a smooth handover after sales closure.
- Maintain regular CRM updates and accurate sales records.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Experience & Eligibility
- Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in interior/home improvement sales, customer conversion, and target-based sales will be preferred.
- Solid communication skills, sales aptitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
