n About the Role
nWe are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for generating and managing leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the business development team through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build professional relationships with clients.

n Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, educational institutes, and prospective clients.n
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.n
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.n
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding meetings, proposals, and business requirements.n




- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales/business development team.n
- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, leads, and follow-up activities.n
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and requirements.n
- Prepare and maintain daily call reports, lead trackers, and MIS reports.n
- Achieve defined lead generation and follow-up targets.n

n Candidate Profile

- n
- 3–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Client Coordination.n
- Experience in the Education industry will be preferred.n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.n
- Fluency in a South Indian language is mandatory.n
- Robust interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship management skills.n
