Objective of the Role:

- To achieve the monthly sales and collection Budgets assigned to the area as per the KPI targets.

- To develop a network of Project sales/ Enterprise sales to meet the current and future needs of the company

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Planning:

/n

Plan and execute a comprehensive project sales strategy for the region, targeting key verticals and large-scale deployments.

/n

Sales Target Achievement:

/n

Consistently meet or exceed assigned regional targets across revenue, receivables, and product portfolio mix.

/n

Client-Centric Solutions:

/n





Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders at the executive level to understand their project requirements. Build customized proposals and effectively position DIGISOL solutions.

/n

Pipeline Development:

/n

Implement market-specific lead generation strategies, improve prospecting effectiveness, and drive high conversion rates. Develop and test innovative sales tactics to build a robust project pipeline.

Product Collaboration:

/n

Coordinate with Product Management to gain in-depth product knowledge, share quarterly market intelligence, and support product development initiatives.

Sales Execution:

/n

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospect identification to closure. Use cold calling, field visits, and formal presentations to generate and convert leads.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with system integrators (SIs), consultants, and T1, T2, and T3 channel partners to su
