nWe are looking to onboard seasoned sales professionals with 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Recruitment & Staffing services sales in the Indian market.

nKey Requirements:
nProven experience in selling recruitment and staffing services such as:

- n
- Permanent staffingn
- Contract staffingn
- RPO / Managed hiring solutionsn
- Project or volume‑based hiring modelsn

nStrong track record of business development and client acquisition within India.
nAbility to engage with mid to senior‑level stakeholders , understand hiring needs, and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.
nExperience working with service‑based recruitment organizations is essential.
nDemonstrated capability in managing the complete sales cycle , from prospecting to closure and account growth.

- While exposure to international recruitment or global accounts can be a plus,



this role requires hands‑on experience in selling recruitment and staffing services within the Indian market . Candidates whose experience has been predominantly limited to international recruitment sales without robust India‑focused staffing exposure may not find this role fully aligned.n
