Role Definition
Develops, implements, and continuously improves all logistics processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Experience
- 8+ years
- Background: Automotive / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities
• Applying lean manufacturing principles to assist with the implementation of efficient and competitive logistics solutions.
• Coordinating with engineering, manufacturing operations, and supply chain functions to define critical parameters and develop plans for process control and improvements.




• Developing and maintaining the internal logistics process engineering standards, knowledge, and tools; Assuring their implementation in current and new operations.
• Evaluating logistics processes and workflows, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for process-related concerns.
- Must Have
- Experience in warehouse / plant layout design
- Strong in material flow & POU concepts (JIT, kitting, supermarket, sequencing)
- Hands‑on with layout tools (AutoCAD / Visio)
- Exposure to automation (conveyors / AGV / ASRS preferred)
- Ability to do capacity & flow calculations
- Greenfield / brownfield projects
- Key Skills
- Warehouse design (layout, storage, flow)
- Line‑side / POU design
- Cross‑functional coordination (ME, Ops, Vendors)
- Valuable to Have
- Lean / Six Sigma
- SAP / WMS exposure
