Roles & Responsibilities:

● Policy Documentation- Create and maintain compliance policies and procedures; translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly documents.

● Regulatory Compliance- Stay informed about evolving laws, standards (e.g., ISO 27001), and regulations; simplify and communicate legal content effectively.

● Audit Support & Documentation – Assist in internal audit activities by collecting evidence as per ISO 27001 requirements and documenting findings with detailed audit logs.

● ISMS & Repository Management – Support ISMS and data privacy initiatives under senior supervision while organizing and maintaining structured compliance folders and evidence repositories.

● Compliance Reports- Compile, analyze, and present data on compliance status, audit findings, and risk indicators to stakeholders and management.

● Document Management-Maintain a centralized repository for all compliance documentation; ensure documents are properly tagged, indexed, and version-controlled.

● Compliance Research- Conduct regular research on compliance trends,



regulatory changes, and industry benchmarks; provide insights to support decision-making.

● Feedback and Improvement- Collect feedback on compliance processes and documentation; drive continuous improvement in content and communication.

● Confidentiality and Security- Handle sensitive compliance data with integrity; follow data protection laws and internal security policies.

● Project Management- Manage multiple compliance tasks and documentation projects simultaneously; prioritize work to meet regulatory deadlines.

Requirements
Preferred Skills-:

● Knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC2 Audit, implementation, certification, compliance, and maintenance/ any kind of Technical Writing Skills in IT.

● Excellent English communication skills along with solid working knowledge of MS Office.
