Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of 5-7 accounting professionals.

Allocate work, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Oversee GST filing, TDS filing, and other compliance requirements for the organization.

Assist the CA with audit work and financial reporting.

Manage foreign currency transactions, exchange rate calculations, and reconciliation.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies.

Utilize Microsoft Office and XLWeb Pro software for financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements
Requirements:

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the travel industry or a similar field.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.

Experience in handling currency exchange and multi-currency transactions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and XLWeb Pro software.

Leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.

Solid attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
