We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our team. This is a
Hybrid Role role based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Global Director,
Employee Relations in the People and Culture department. In this role you will
plan, develop, implement and promote activities and programs that enhance
overall employee engagement, communication and employee relations while
overseeing the compliance of company employment policies and practices with
relevant employment regulations.You will also be supporting the foundational
scale of our global cloud security leadership, you will advise leadership,
resolve complex workplace matters, and promote an equitable workplace culture
across the region.

complex and sensitive concerns across multiple regions, including India
