Job Summary

The Construction Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing,
and managing the overall Quality Management System (QMS) for large-scale
construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications,
engineering standards, statutory regulations, client requirements, and
international quality practices. The role oversees quality assurance and quality
control activities across all phases of construction including civil,
structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), process
utilities, cleanroom systems, and high-tech industrial facility installations.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring defect-free execution, minimizing
rework, maintaining construction excellence, and achieving project delivery




targets with the highest quality standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and maintain project-wide Construction Quality Management
Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and inspection
protocols.
* Lead all QA/QC activities for civil, structural steel, architectural,
mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, HVAC, cleanroom, and utility
systems construction works.
* Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project
specifications, applicable codes, standards, client requirements, and
statutory regulations.
* Establish and monitor quality assurance systems for contractors,
subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers across the project lifecycle.
* Conduct quality audits, surveillance inspections, site walkthroughs, and
compliance reviews to identify gaps and enforce corrective actions.
