Job Summary

The Construction Logistics and Space Manager is responsible for planning,
managing, and optimizing all construction logistics operations, temporary
facilities, material flow, storage allocation, workforce movement, equipment
access, and space utilization across large-scale industrial and semiconductor
construction projects. The role ensures productive coordination of site logistics
between EPCC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
while minimizing congestion, operational conflicts, safety risks, and schedule
disruptions. The position plays a critical role in maintaining organized site
execution, maximizing productivity, and supporting smooth construction progress
within highly complex and fast-paced project environments.





Key Roles & Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive Construction Logistics Management Plans
(CLMP) for large-scale construction projects.
* Manage overall site logistics operations including material movement, traffic
management, workforce access, laydown yards, equipment staging, and temporary
facilities coordination.
* Plan and control space allocation for contractors, storage areas, fabrication
zones, offices, parking, utilities, cranes, and heavy equipment operations.
* Coordinate logistics interfaces between EPCC contractors, subcontractors,
vendors, warehouse teams, security, and project management teams.
* Optimize construction site space utilization to support phased construction
activities, workfront availability, and schedule-driven execution.
* Manage site access routes, haul roads, delivery schedules, gate operations,
and transportation coordination to minimize congestion and delays.
