Business Development Manager U.S. Real Estate | Remote

JR Group is looking for a confident, highly motivated Business Development Manager to support our growing U.S. real-estate business.

What we are looking for
- Extremely fluent spoken and written English.
- Clear, natural, and easily understood communication with U.S. clients.
- Confidence communicating with buyers, sellers, agents, and business partners.
- Strong listening, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally.
- Honest, dependable, organized, motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work during U.S. Central Time.
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
- At least one year of sales or business-development experience is preferred.
- CRM experience,



particularly GoHighLevel, is preferred.
- U.S. real-estate experience is preferred but not required.
