We are looking for a Messaging Platform Engineer to support the development, operation, and continuous improvement of our enterprise messaging platform based on IBM MQ.
This role is ideal for an engineer who has hands‑on experience with messaging systems and wants to grow their skills in a large‑scale, business‑critical setting. You will work closely with senior engineers and platform leads to help maintain reliable, secure, and performant messaging services used across the organisation
Key Responsibilities
Support the day‑to‑day operation of the IBM MQ messaging platform across multiple environments.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IBM MQ components.
Monitor platform health, investigate issues, and help resolve incidents and service disruptions.
Participate in change, release, and patching activities under guidance from senior engineers.
