About the Role
At Paytm, we are building the next generation of intelligent payment experiences
for millions of users.
We are looking for an AI-first Senior Product Manager who combines exceptional
product thinking,
customer empathy, UX sensibility, and execution excellence with a strong
understanding of contemporary AI
capabilities.
You will own high-impact consumer journeys across UPI payments, onboarding,
mandates,
and engagement, while identifying opportunities where AI can simplify
experiences, automate
workflows, and solve customer problems at scale.
You will work closely with Engineering, AI/Data Science, Design, Analytics,
Risk, Operations, and
Business teams to build products that are intuitive, reliable,
and loved by
customers.

What You will Own
* Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-facing UPI
experiences.
* Own critical customer journeys across UPI onboarding, payments, mandates,
payment management, and engagement.
* Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and AI Agents to simplify
customer journeys, improve payment success, and automate internal workflows. *
Design AI-powered experiences such as intelligent assistants, conversational
interfaces, recommendation systems, and workflow automation.
* Partner with Design to build simple, intuitive, and delightful user
experiences. *Translate customer pain points into product opportunities backed
by user research and data.
