Responsibilities

* Handle inquiries received on PartsNow groups and follow up with workshop owners.

* Check our local parts catalogue for availability, MRP and pricing.

* Send inquiries to suppliers and follow up for quotations.

* Create and send quotations through the PartsNow portal.

* Follow up on quotations and customer payments.

* After payment, confirm orders with suppliers and coordinate pickup.

* Obtain supplier invoices and generate customer invoices.

* Coordinate delivery and ensure orders are completed end-to-end.

* Maintain records and update Tally/PartsNow.

Requirements





* Experience in automotive spare parts / auto components preferred.

* Must know Tally and be comfortable using online portals.

* Valuable communication and follow-up skills.

* Hindi + English communication required.

* Must be organized, proactive and good at handling multiple orders.

* Strong ownership and follow-up attitude is essential.

*This is a hands-on role. The person should be able to independently manage an order from inquiry to final delivery without constant supervision.
