Experience required - 2-5 years
Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on work completion, BOQ, and project estimates.
BBS Preparation – Develop and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for accurate reinforcement calculations and execution.
Quantity Calculation – Perform quantity surveying, material reconciliation, and cost estimation for various construction activities.
Measurement & Verification – Verify site measurements, assess work progress, and ensure accurate billing as per project drawings.
Rate Analysis & Costing – Conduct rate analysis, validate cost estimates, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Technical Skills – Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
