Role & responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management

New Product Development projects from concept to production.

Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and launch schedules.

Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Coordinate activities between CFT's

2. Product Development

Support product design reviews and engineering changes.

Ensure customer requirements are translated into product specifications.

Facilitate prototype development and validation activities.

3. Manufacturing & Launch Readiness

Coordinate pilot builds and production trials.

Ensure production readiness before SOP (Start of Production).

Drive successful product launches .

PPAP & PSW - Sign off

Preferred candidate profile

Cadidate should have knowledge in NPD (Recent Product Development) especially in sheet metal parts and its operations.
