Role & responsibilities
FinnOne Wheels L1 Production Support | 1–3 Years
- L1 production support for FinnOne Wheels – CVC & Auto Loan.
- Monitor application, transactions, interfaces and batch jobs.
- Handle tickets, initial troubleshooting and issue resolution within SLA.
- Perform basic SQL/log checks and coordinate with L2/L3 teams.
- Experience in FinnOne/Lending application support with good communication skills.
2. FinnOne LAS – L2 Production Support | 3–5 Years
- L2 production support for FinnOne LAS application.
- Analyse and resolve application, transaction and interface issues.
- Solid hands-on experience in SQL, application logs and troubleshooting.
- Handle RCA, batch failures and coordinate with L3/OEM teams.
Experience in FinnOne/Lending production support with SLA-based support exposure
