- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer, selection, and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Achieve hiring targets within timelines.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred/required.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
