Job Title: Bancassurance Manager / Relationship Manager - Bancassurance

Role Purpose: Drive insurance sales through bank branches by building robust relationships with bank staff, identifying customer needs, and achieving business targets through cross-selling insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with branch managers and bank staff.
- Generate insurance business through the assigned bank branches.
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct joint customer meetings and sales presentations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide training and product knowledge sessions to bank employees.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Track sales performance and prepare MIS/reports.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate policy issuance and servicing.
- Drive customer retention and renewal business.
