We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth across medical and wellness segments in Chennai and surrounding markets.

Job Purpose

The Sales Manager – Medical & Wellness will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, building institutional relationships and achieving revenue targets across healthcare, medical, wellness and allied segments.

The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales, healthcare ecosystem, institutional sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies for medical and wellness products/services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and revenue opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and collection.




- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines and business plans.

2. Business Development
- Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, wellness centres, corporates, pharmacies, healthcare professionals and other relevant institutions.
- Generate new leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, events and digital channels.
- Develop strategic partnerships and institutional tie-ups.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.

3. Client & Key Account Management
- Build robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate AIvida solutions.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
- Resolve customer concerns in coordination with internal teams.
