Role & responsibilities
A Senior PM with valuable exposure to ability to drive Operating Model redesign, cross-functional delivery and Process simplification or streamlining. Prefer Accounts Onboarding experience. Has an in-depth understanding of the change lifecycle in process re-engineering
• Strong experience in process redesign / target operating model
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially across geographies
• Ability to manage QA, controls, and operational risk topics
• Strong execution in a matrix environment
• Strong ops / onboarding background preferred
• Exposure to KYC / CDD / AML preferred
