Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Cold Chain Operations.
- Handle cold storage, inventory & transportation.
- Ensure proper handling of frozen/temperature-sensitive products.
- Monitor costs, KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with warehouses, transporters and logistics partners.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of Cold Chain Operations experience.
- Experience in Frozen Foods / Dairy / FMCG / Perishables.
- Robust knowledge of cold storage, warehouse & transportation operations.
- Exposure to WMS/ERP, Excel & Power BI.
- Good analytical and stakeholder management skills.
