- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Payroll Management: Process company payroll and coordinate employee advantages administration.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR activities.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Plan and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in structuring compensation, benefits, appraisals, and promotion processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
