Role & responsibilities
1. Collection Operations-
- Support the collection team in managing and recovering overdue accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency.
2. Team Support-
- Assist in leading a team of collection executives, providing guidance and training.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
3. Customer Handling-
- Handle complex customer queries and negotiate repayment plans.
- Ensure empathetic and qualified communication with delinquent customers.
4. Process Optimization-
- Identify areas for improvement in collection processes and implement changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI, etc.) and company policies.
5. Reporting & Analytics-
- Prepare reports on collection metrics, trends, and portfolio health.
- Analyze data to drive collection strategy improvement.
