Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be adept at Air Export Pricing with experience in customer support also.
- Ensure timely submission of export documents to clients and shipping lines.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries regarding shipment status.
- Maintain accurate records of all exports, including tracking numbers and customs clearance details.
- Coordinate with customers to obtain necessary documentation and information for exports.
- Prepare accurate export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Candidates in and around Hebbal Signal preferred.
