Role & responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Provide rotational shift based technical app support across
Unix/Linux/SQL/Java meeting the SLA
• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve Unix/Linux/SQL/Java related issues
• Daily incident and problem management activities meeting the SLA
• Identify opportunities for automation in BAU support work
• Work closely with cross functional teams, development team and business
and IT Infrastructure teams to address BAU production issues.
• Create, maintain, and update detailed documentation including
requirements, process flows and use cases,
• Train the team in current processes and updated processes.
