We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in field sales (walk-in sales) to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable meeting clients in person, pitching IT solutions on-site, building trust quickly, and closing deals through direct interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute effective field sales strategies targeting businesses and organizations.
- Identify and approach potential clients through direct visits and local market exploration.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through on-ground efforts.

Field Sales & Lead Generation

Generate new business through:
- Walk-in visits to prospective clients and businesses
- On-ground networking and local area mapping
- Referrals and relationship-based selling
- Build a strong pipeline through direct interactions rather than relying solely on digital channels.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations,



and product demonstrations at client locations.
- Understand client requirements and propose custom IT and software solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners, senior management, administrators, and key decision-makers.

Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Handle in-person negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
- Convert field-generated leads into successful business deals.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams after the sale.

Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain a structured pipeline of field-generated leads.
- Track daily visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update the CRM regularly with accurate sales data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B field sales, direct sales, IT sales, or software sales.
- Solid ability to approach prospective clients directly and pitch solutions confidently in person.
