Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
- Oversee CNC machine operation, including programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a clean work environment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the machine shop.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-18 years of experience in managing CNC machines in a machine shop setting.
- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Robust knowledge of CNC machining processes, including turning, milling, grinding, etc.
- Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
