Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails and client meetings.
- Generate leads and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain customer and sales records and provide regular updates.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech/MBA will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up, presentation and client-handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in Solar / Infrastructure / Manufacturing will be preferred.
