Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice on talent development, succession planning, performance management, and compliance to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and growth.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations, making recommendations for process enhancements.

Job Requirements :
- 15-22 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position within the engineering & construction industry.
- Strong background in strategic HR, including talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions using data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships at all levels within the organization.
